Description

Flonq Max Smart 10000 is Malaki’s higher-capacity disposable, built for vapers who want a longer-lasting device without switching to a refillable pod system. It packs 14ml of pre-filled e-liquid and a 650mAh rechargeable battery into a streamlined body, rated by the manufacturer for approximately 10,000 puffs before the e-liquid runs out. A small LCD screen on the front face shows remaining battery charge and e-liquid level at a glance, so you can see when it’s time to recharge or when the device is nearing empty.

Inside, dual mesh coils are used to draw more evenly from the 14ml reservoir, aiming for a more consistent flavour and vapour output across the device’s life than a single-coil design typically manages. It’s a fully auto-draw, MTL (mouth-to-lung) device — there’s no fire button, you simply draw on the mouthpiece to activate it — and the battery recharges over USB Type-C rather than being discarded once flat.

Why Choose the Malaki Flonq Max Smart 10000?

For vapers who want a disposable-style device without buying a new unit every time the battery dies, the Flonq Max Smart’s rechargeable 650mAh cell extends usable life across the full 14ml of e-liquid. The LCD indicator removes the guesswork of when a charge or replacement is due, and the dual mesh coil setup is aimed at keeping flavour consistent from the first puff to the last.

How It Works: Battery & Charging

The 650mAh battery charges over USB Type-C; Malaki has not published an exact charge time for this model. The onboard LCD screen displays battery charge and remaining e-liquid level so you can judge when a top-up charge is needed well before the device runs flat.

How Long Does It Last?

The manufacturer rates this device at approximately 10,000 puffs. As with any disposable, real-world puff count varies with draw length, frequency and personal habit — longer, more frequent draws will use the e-liquid and battery faster than the manufacturer’s test conditions, so actual use may land noticeably under or over the headline figure.

Is It Legal and Compliant in the UAE?

Vaping has been legal in the UAE since mid-2019, with hardware and e-liquids expected to carry ECAS/MoIAT certification (in effect since July 2020, aligned to standard UAE.S 5030:2018) and nicotine strength capped at 20mg/ml (2%) under that framework — the strength listed for this device sits at that 20mg/ml ceiling. Sale and advertising is governed by Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on Tobacco Control, restricted to buyers 18 and over. Certification can vary by SKU and batch, so always check the ECAS/MoIAT mark on the packaging you receive rather than assuming it automatically from the product category. See MoIAT and Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 for the underlying regulatory text. Separately, the UAE Ministry of Finance has introduced a minimum excise price of AED 1/ml on e-liquid, effective 1 September 2026, on top of the existing 100% excise rate — a regulatory fact, not a change to this listing’s price.

4. Recharge via USB Type-C when the battery indicator runs low.

Safety & Disposal

Never puncture, crush, or burn the battery. Do not leave the device charging unattended, and use only a compatible USB-C cable. Keep away from children and pets. Once the e-liquid is exhausted, dispose of the device through an approved e-waste or battery recycling point rather than general household waste.
