Processing Time
Orders are processed promptly so we can meet our 2-3 hour delivery promise in Dubai (10am-11pm) and same-day delivery in Sharjah; orders to the other Emirates are dispatched the same day for delivery within 24 hours.
Delivery Time
- Dubai: 2-3 hours (10am-11pm, traffic depending)
- Sharjah: Same-day delivery
- Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain: within 24 hours
Shipping Charges
Standard delivery is AED 30, and delivery is free on orders over AED 350. A Dubai 2-hour express option is available for an extra AED 10 (AED 40 total). Card payment is accepted in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman; cash on delivery and bank transfer are available across the UAE.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
