Xtra Sultan 100K review: what it is
The Xtra Sultan Shisha DTL 100K is a single-use, rechargeable disposable designed for a direct-to-lung, shisha-style draw. That means a looser pull with more vapour than a tight mouth-to-lung device. The listing states about 100,000 puffs, a 90ml tank and a large integrated battery, and it is draw-activated. It is a large device, so it suits use at home or in a bag more than a pocket. The specification, flavours and pack options are on the Xtra Sultan 100K product page.
Puff count and the 90ml tank
The listing states approximately 100,000 puffs from a 90ml tank. That is roughly three times the volume of a 30ml bottle, so this device holds far more liquid than most disposables we sell. The puff count is the manufacturer figure, and a device in this class depends on how you use the power modes and airflow. If you want a smaller option, the 50,000 puff disposable guide covers the next class down.
Is 100,000 puffs realistic?
It is a listed maximum, not a promise. Heavier use of power modes will use the liquid faster. Use the figure to compare devices, not to predict a number of days.
Display, airflow and power modes
The listing states a large HD smart display showing e-liquid and battery levels, adjustable airflow and power modes. The display is the most useful of these on a device this big, because it shows how much liquid and battery remain. We have not tested how the modes change the draw, so we describe them only as listed. If you prefer a device with no settings, a simpler draw-activated model such as the ISGO Bar 10000 is easier to use.
Nicotine strength and UAE rules
The listing states 0.2% (2mg) freebase nicotine. That is a low listed strength, and it is not above 20mg/mL, so the UAE.S 5030:2018 note for higher strengths does not apply to the listed value. Vaping products are sold to adults aged 21 and over only under our store policy (see the UAE government tobacco provisions for the legal background), as summarised at u.ae. For other low-strength options see our zero and low nicotine disposable guide.
What is freebase nicotine?
It is the older form of nicotine used in many shisha-style and larger disposables. The listing names the type, so check it on the product page.

Flavours and packs
The page lists 10 flavours: Blueberry Raspberry, Double Apple, Love 66, Grape, Lady Killer, Lemon Mint, Mango, Peach Ice, Strawberry and Watermelon. Double Apple is the classic shisha-style name. We have not tasted them and describe them by name only. You can buy one piece or a box of ten. Try one piece first, because a 100K device is a large purchase for a flavour you may not like.
Which flavour suits a shisha-style device?
Double Apple is the obvious shisha-style name. Mint and fruit blends such as Lemon Mint or Blueberry Raspberry are an alternative.
Xtra Sultan 100K versus the Crown Bar E-Hose X 60000
The Crown Bar Al Fakher E-Hose X 60000 is the closest comparison, also priced at AED 65. It lists up to 60,000 puffs, a tank of about 30ml or more, a 850mAh to 1000mAh rechargeable battery and 0.6mg nicotine with 17 flavours. The Sultan lists far more puffs and a 90ml tank, with a stated 2mg strength and 10 flavours. At the same price the Sultan lists more liquid, and the E-Hose X lists a wider flavour range and a lower strength.
Who should buy the Xtra Sultan 100K
The Sultan suits an adult who prefers a direct-to-lung, shisha-style draw, wants the largest tank we sell and does not mind a bigger device. It is not the right choice for someone who wants a pocket-sized device, a tight draw or a very wide flavour range. See the best disposable vapes guide for smaller options.
Xtra Sultan 100K pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Highest listed puff count in our range | Large device |
| 90ml tank | Fewer flavours than the E-Hose X |
| Low listed strength of 2mg | Battery capacity not listed |
| HD display for liquid and battery levels | Not refillable |
| Adjustable airflow and power modes |
Overall, this Xtra Sultan 100K review finds a very large, rechargeable, low-strength shisha-style disposable with the biggest tank we list. Compare it with the E-Hose X 60000, check the listing and buy from the Xtra Sultan 100K product page if it fits.
