Age Restriction & Eligibility
Vaps Shop sells nicotine-containing vaping products and accessories to adults only. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old — the minimum legal age to purchase vaping products in the UAE under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on Tobacco Control and Federal Law No. 3 of 2016. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order on vapsshop.com is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, where a product is out of stock, where we cannot verify your age or delivery address, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. A contract of sale is only formed once we confirm and process your order.
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us using the details below. Once an order has been dispatched, our Return Policy applies instead.
Payment Terms
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cash on delivery, card payment, and bank transfer depending on your Emirate — see our Shipping Policy for coverage details. Card payments are processed securely through our payment partners; we do not store full card details on our own servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds or credit available, and for providing accurate billing and delivery information.

Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, and can be affected by factors outside our control such as traffic, weather, or courier availability.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before requesting a return, as vaping products carry specific hygiene and safety restrictions on what can be returned once opened.
