Return Time Frame

We accept returns only within 24 hours of receiving your order. This shorter window (compared to typical retail policies) reflects that vaping products are single-use or opened-once items — for hygiene and safety reasons, once a device or e-liquid has been opened it cannot be resold. After 24 hours, return requests will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Damaged or used items are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged due to customer handling

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or store credit.
